Your “to go” box is something that you should prepare well in advance of a fire occurring in your area. It should contain things like:

A list of where important things are in your house.
Doctors name, and medications that you’re taking.
Insurance papers.
Trust Deeds.
Passport.
In case of emergency contact names and location.
Your evacuation route and where you’re going to go.
Videotape the outside and inside of your house. This is great for insurance purposes if the unfortunate occurs.
