This product, if used in a manner inconsistent with its design and purpose, can cause severe bodily injury and/or property damage. DO NOT MISUSE THIS PRODUCT.

We make no warranty this product will extinguish a fire. Its only representation is that it is designed to pump water onto a predetermined area to create a wet buffer and work to mitigate and/or retard the spread of a wildfire onto that area.

This product is not intended to replace the services of a qualified fire fighter. It remains the property owner’s responsibility to notify the proper authorities of a fire outbreak and to follow their directives, including their evacuation requests if needed. Firefighting is dangerous operation and can result in injury and death. Users of this product should not attempt to perform firefighting except as a last resort.

The real value of this product is to provide an automated mechanical device that will works in the property owner’s absence to retard the spread of a wildfire until a fire truck can arrive.

This product, and the information provided herein, is not intended to be relied on exclusively for fire protection. This information, our product and good common sense should be part of a broader fire protection and defense plan. Personal safety always comes first. It is the owner’s responsibility to know how to operate and maintain this product in accordance with the directions provided.

IN NO EVENT WILL IMPROVX SYSTEMS AND DEVELOPMENT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS OR INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT OR THE BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
